Dame Vivienne Westwood, this one is for you.
From gaining notoriety as a designer amidst the punk and New Wave fashion movements of the 1970s and ’80s to consistently challenging expectations right up until her final day, there was no-one else like her.
Creating disruptive clothing to provoke social and political change, Westwood carried her rebellious spirit into all of her collections. By combining punk symbolism with traditional feminine themes, she left her permanent mark on British style.
Through this collection the Sloans Creative Team explores this multifaceted artist, and pays tribute to an absolute icon.
